Group Classes

Hosted in our dedicated movement space, each class is 55 minutes and costs $35 + gst. A package of 10 classes* is also available for $315 + gst (that means you get 1 class free!).

And yes, you can bring your baby! We have three baby bouncers. No space for crawling though.

Prenatal Pilates Class

Stay in good shape through pregnancy with small-group mat Pilates. These classes are designed specifically for folks preparing for a birth and led by practitioners with expertise in pelvic floor therapy.

 

Prenatal Strength and Pilates Class

Led by a pelvic floor physiotherapist, this class is a fusion of Pilates, strength training and prime physio tidbits to help you prep and train your body for birth. Accessible for all abilities, whether you’re just getting started or ready to sweat!

 

Postnatal Strength and Pilates Class

Led by a pelvic floor physiotherapist, this class offers a fusion of Pilates, strength training and prime physio tidbits to rehab all bodies after all births. Accessible for all abilities, whether you want to build your confidence and strength or get back to your favourite workout ASAP!

Pelvic Floor 101 For Runners

Proper pelvic floor mechanics are key to maintaining a healthy, symptom-free pelvic floor while pushing your running performance. This small-group workshop is designed to help you understand the connection between pelvic health and running, with practical tools you can take to the trail, track, or treadmill. 

Delivered by our run-loving pelvic floor physios Sam and Trish, this workshop is packed with knowledge, tips, tricks, and personal attention. Suitable for all runners who want to take care of their pelvic health as they train, or improve symptoms of leaking, pressure or heaviness that may be holding them back. Here’s what you can expect:

Learn: Our physios will walk you through the ABC’s of pelvic floor function specific to running, and how best to support it to minimise impact while you push your training. 
Train: Explore pelvic floor-focused movement drills in a supportive group setting.
Integrate: You‘ll get to jump on the treadmill to play with applying what you learned with advice and feedback from the physios.
Run Together: Head out for a group run to put your learning into practice! The physios will run with you, answer your questions, and make sure you’re confident taking your new pelvic floor expertise away with you.
