What is it?
Small-group mat Pilates classes designed specifically for folks preparing for or recovering from a birth. This is not your average one-size-fits-all class!
Our prenatal classes will help you stay in good shape through pregnancy and prepare your body for birth, while our postpartum classes will help you reconnect to your core and pelvic floor to build back up to exercise after birth.
Led by practitioners with expertise in pelvic floor therapy, these classes are a safe space to explore movement. Join us to feel your best and connect with your body as you navigate big changes.

The details
Both types of classes run weekly.
Classes can be done in any order and repeated as many times as desired. Prenatal classes run on Thursdays evenings and postpartum classes run on Wednesday mornings.
Each class is 60 minutes and costs $32 + gst. Packages of 5 classes are also available at a discount, for $144 + gst (please call us if you’re interested in booking a package).
