COVID-19 Policy

STAFF POLICY
- Staff are not permitted to be in the clinic or attend in-person appointments if they exhibit any COVID-19 related symptoms & test positive, or are asymptomatic & test positive
- Staff can return to clinic after 5 days if testing negative
- All staff are required to wear a surgical or n95 masks
- Proper handwashing techniques are used for patient contacts.
- We have space to distance in our treatment rooms to limit contact time as much as possible during your treatment session.
- Virtual appointments are available for anyone who feels more comfortable seeking our support from the comfort of their own home.
WHAT WE ASK OF YOU
- Please arrive for your appointment right on time, and not early, to minimize crowding in our waiting room/reception.
- Please arrive in your face mask, we require a medical mask for our sessions, if you don’t have one one will be provided for you.
- Please respect social distancing guidelines
- If you have a cough, fever, or any other symptoms showing signs of COVID-19, we ask that you contact us to switch to a virtual appointment.
- if you have recently been ill with covid or tested positive we require 5 days post symptom onset or positive test and that you’re asymptomatic to come in to the clinic, and to attend virtual appointments during this time
CLEANING + SANITIZATION
- Communal surfaces and door handles are sanitized regularly
- Bathroom keys are sanitized between each use.
- Treatment room surfaces are sanitized and linens changed between each patient.
- Hand sanitizer will be available throughout the facility and easily accessible for your use.
- We have created reference cards reading, “I’m Clean,” to place on treatment beds post sanitization for staff reference, as well as for your reassurance.
As we receive more information from government officials regarding safety recommendations, we will continue to re-evaluate our policies and guidelines appropriately. The health of our staff and community requires cooperation, and we thank you for your patience during this time.
