    Trish is very thorough and professional in her assessment, interaction and in the pelvic examination.  Very knowledgeable and top notch communication skill in educating the client which helps to put the patient at ease immediately and continue to build trust in the process so that the patient is totally motivated to do the exercises to achieve a mutual agreed upon goal for recovery and eventual well being.     I had a great experience here. Both the physiotherapists I saw made me feel at ease and much more confident about pregnancy and postpartum exercise. They tailored the sessions and advice to my goals, e.g. watching me do some of my regular strength exercises and giving guidance on my form so I knew I was doing them safely during pregnancy.

    I worked with Lily postpartum and honestly had the best experience! She is very personable and made me feel so comfortable each appointment when I was feeling nervous and doubtful in my recovery. After 3 sessions with her, things have improved so much! I was very diligent with the exercises but was able to return to running and all my symptoms have alleviated at about 3 months postpartum.
